At Enchanted Kreature Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your magical creations and supplies. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all vinyl parts, COAs, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the kit back to our enchanted warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
