What is included in an Enchanted Kreature Kit?
Each kit typically includes the unpainted vinyl or resin parts (head, limbs, and sometimes a torso), a cloth body, and a certificate of authenticity. Please note that paint, rooting tools, and stuffing are sold separately unless specified.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-7 business days. We process all in-stock orders within 48 hours of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our kits worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 10-21 business days. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Can I return a kit if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unopened, unaltered kits within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on kits that have been painted, sanded, or modified in any way.
Are your kits limited edition?
Many of our artist-sculpted kits are limited editions. These items come with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and will not be restocked once the edition is sold out.
